Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout San Francisco
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our digital tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco streets and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for delivery tracking
- Pass background check and drug screening
