Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating company vehicles
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments at warehouse and delivery sites
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving or delivery experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency using GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery apps
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
