Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to customers in Jacksonville, FL, and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class B or higher) or valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be 21+ years old
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
