Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for high-value shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet daily time targets
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to address route disruptions and customer requests
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (delivery or commercial driving preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Dallas area streets and navigation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
