Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and organize cargo for optimal delivery routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates through mobile tracking systems
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to and from shift start location
- No felony convictions and ability to pass background check
