Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Seattle metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintaining vehicle organization
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Seattle streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Background check and drug screen required
