Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to designated addresses in the San Jose area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure accident-free operations.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and accurate drop-offs.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Accurately log delivery times and update tracking systems in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for navigation and reporting.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow complex routes.
- Basic knowledge of the San Jose metro area and traffic patterns.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
