Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Verify accuracy of delivery orders against manifest documents.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology for navigation and scanning.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of San Jose, CA.
