Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout San Jose
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and fuel conservation
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with San Jose area
