Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Load/unload packages efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Adhere to strict delivery time windows and route optimization protocols
- Report delivery exceptions, damaged goods, and customer feedback promptly
- Comply with all traffic laws and Amazon safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR (no more than 2 minor violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Reliable transportation to/from dispatch location
