Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of packages and documents to residential and commercial clients.
- Verify delivery addresses, obtain digital signatures, and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, handling inquiries and complaints with patience.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile devices.
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
