Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to scan packages and capture proof of delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery time windows and maintain high on-time rates.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities (Android or iOS).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the local area.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for documentation.
