Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers in the San Francisco metropolitan area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure accident-free driving.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling packages with care and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently using hand trucks, dollies, and proper lifting techniques.
- Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and digital paperwork using company apps.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow delivery routes efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for digital logging.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
