Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Inspect vehicle daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks or pallet jacks as required.
- Manage digital proof of delivery (POD) records accurately.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld devices and route apps.
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company vehicle.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings if required.
