Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely delivery of packages and parcels to residential and commercial addresses throughout San Francisco.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices and navigation software to optimize routes and ensure accuracy.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling packages with care and maintaining professional appearance.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, document mileage, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing items.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong sense of time management and punctuality.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic GPS technology.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
