Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across San Francisco
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery tracking apps
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mission Street hub
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
