Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Inspect delivery vehicle for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling returns and special instructions.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital paperwork using company apps.
- Uphold a professional image and represent the company brand positively.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and load/unload cargo.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
