Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure accident-free driving.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues before starting routes.
- Process paperwork and electronic logs accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery van, including the cargo area.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate unfamiliar areas using GPS.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and checking messages.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
