Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Utilize the company mobile application for navigation, order verification, and proof of delivery.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and process returns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology and GPS navigation apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
