Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Follow assigned routes and time schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery rates.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, handling inquiries and feedback.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Process payments and maintain accurate logs of delivery activities.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized to represent our brand positively.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for navigation and delivery management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to the starting depot.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
