Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial locations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every stop.
- Utilize the mobile app for route planning, package scanning, and navigation.
- Inspect delivery vehicle daily to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure damage-free deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays or issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Smartphone with data plan (Android or iOS) required for app access.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps or similar navigation tools.
