Responsibilities
Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the San Antonio metropolitan area.Adhere to strict time windows and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every delivery point.Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after routes.Handle package handling with extreme care, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.Utilize handheld devices to manage route navigation and digital proof of delivery.Maintain accurate records of delivered goods and handle returns efficiently.
Qualifications
Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.Must be at least 21 years of age.Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS navigation and apps.Basic understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
