Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food and packages within Sacramento metro area
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify order accuracy and maintain customer satisfaction standards
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Process payments and manage delivery documentation
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency with GPS navigation
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Sacramento neighborhoods
