Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, food, or medical supplies on time
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation and real-time traffic updates
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Inspect vehicles for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Represent SwiftLogics with exceptional customer service at every stop
- Adhere to all Virginia traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ packages repeatedly during shifts
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
