Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate delivery vehicles efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during every interaction, including package handling.
- Inspect vehicles before and after shifts to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical condition.
- Utilize GPS technology and mobile apps to optimize routes and ensure on-time arrivals.
- Process paperwork and receipts accurately at the time of delivery.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License required (Class C).
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and smartphone proficiency for navigation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated depot.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
