Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages to customers within designated Raleigh zones
- Maintain pristine vehicle appearance and cleanliness standards
- Process cashless payments and digital orders via our proprietary app
- Proactively communicate delivery status updates to customers
- Report maintenance issues and assist with inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Exceptional time management and route optimization skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
