Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to meet strict time-sensitive schedules.
- Prepare packages for transport, ensuring they are secure, properly labeled, and protected from damage.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues on the spot.
- Maintain the cleanliness of both the delivery vehicle and your personal appearance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Complete daily logs, mileage reports, and delivery paperwork accurately.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for delivery work (if not provided by company).
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based task management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
