Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated customer locations in Phoenix and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload packages efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and handling deliveries with care.
- Collect payments or obtain signatures as required for each delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Navigate complex routes using GPS and mapping software to ensure timely arrivals.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and driving for extended periods.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and delivery apps.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
