Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers across Phoenix metro area
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and follow all safety protocols
- Provide outstanding customer service with friendly interactions at every drop-off
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Handle cashless transactions and verify order accuracy before delivery
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team about delays or special requests
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and order management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
