Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, adhering to weight restrictions and safety protocols.
- Navigate delivery routes using company GPS systems and provide real-time updates.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Manage cash and electronic payments accurately and securely.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation to the designated depot.
