Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to customers within designated Columbus routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via app updates
- Inspect vehicle pre/post-trip to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintaining organized inventory
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak delivery hours
