Responsibilities
- Safely transport food orders to customers within Omaha metro area using company vehicles
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily cleaning and inspection protocols
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during order handoffs and resolve delivery issues
- Process cashless payments and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Collaborate with restaurant partners to coordinate order pickups efficiently
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with route familiarity
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management apps
- Strong time management skills with punctuality as a core value
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip management
- Positive attitude and excellent communication in customer-facing scenarios
- Pass background check and drug screening pre-employment
