Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout Omaha metropolitan area
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to maintain strict delivery timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route completed
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions or customer concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Omaha street network and surrounding areas
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to and from depot location
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
