Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial customers with accuracy and care.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain necessary signatures or confirmations.
- Utilize handheld devices and mobile apps to track orders and communicate with dispatch centers.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all scheduled stops are completed within the allotted timeframe.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (or willingness to utilize our fleet options).
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery management applications.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and maintain punctuality.
