Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Sacramento area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering items with care and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring parcels are handled correctly to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and delivery routes.
- Collect payment or obtain digital signatures for COD deliveries as required.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using navigation apps and digital logging tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and handle physical demands.
