As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. We value hard work, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care and placed in the appropriate locations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during the delivery process.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools to meet time windows.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks (tire pressure, fluid levels, cleanliness).
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and any vehicle issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local depot.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
