Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers across the Phoenix metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Manage inventory and ensure items are securely loaded/unloaded
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
- Assist with route optimization and time management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
