Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to maintain a clean driving record.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collect payment or obtain signatures for COD deliveries as required.
- Organize delivery notes and route information accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle (or company vehicle provided).
- No prior delivery experience required; on-the-job training provided.
