Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to update status and track progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of map reading or GPS navigation technology.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle with insurance.
