Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Interact professionally with customers and handle package handling with care.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Log deliveries accurately using the company's mobile application.
- Resolve minor customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform routine vehicle checks before and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver's License (Class D or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (or ability to obtain a company vehicle).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigating routes and logging data.
