Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Deliver products to residential and commercial locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are in good condition upon arrival.
- Obtain signatures and provide excellent customer service during every stop.
- Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Familiarize yourself with the route map and traffic patterns to optimize delivery times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for navigating delivery apps and logging hours.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
