Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to customers throughout Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and customer satisfaction
- Assist with warehouse operations including sorting and loading packages
- Represent our brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Smartphone proficiency for our delivery management app
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- No prior delivery experience necessary – we train!
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
