Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and food orders to customers across Mesa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safe operating conditions and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery issues professionally
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company routing protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Assist with warehouse duties including sorting, loading, and unloading packages as needed
Qualifications
- No prior delivery experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
