Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated addresses in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, road regulations, and company safety policies.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care and are properly secured.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively.
- Utilize mobile applications and GPS systems to optimize delivery routes.
- Complete daily logs, vehicle inspections, and mileage reports accurately.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for navigation and communication.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
