- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction with every delivery.
- Verify and record delivery details accurately using handheld devices or paper logs.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and digital proof of delivery.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
