Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles to deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles using handtrucks and dollies.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Update delivery status logs and customer information in the system accurately.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A clean driving record (or willingness to obtain one).
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
