Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance issues.
- Interact professionally with customers and handle packages with care to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and delivery routes efficiently.
- Accurately process delivery paperwork and electronic logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B CDL preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
