Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to customers within designated timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Communicate delivery status to dispatch and customers in real-time
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Represent our brand with professional appearance and courteous service
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US driver's license
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- No prior delivery experience required - we train!
