Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Philadelphia area in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, answering questions and handling complaints with a smile.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using dollies or hand trucks, ensuring items are secure and protected.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to track route progress and update delivery statuses accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using navigation and delivery apps.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
