Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to customers in the Illinois area with a focus on timely and accurate service.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure high satisfaction and handle any delivery issues gracefully.
- Inspect your vehicle before and after shifts to ensure it is in safe, working condition.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring items are secured properly during transport.
- Utilize a mobile app for route planning, navigation, and digital proof of delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License (Class C) is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using our delivery apps.
- A clean driving record is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level applicants.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
